Too many people are overly concerned with time and space.  They talk about the past, worry about the future and miss the big picture.  As a result, you will spend all of your energy on issues you are not in control of.  This causes so much stress, and stress is the leading cause of most disease processes to include cancer, ulcers, intestinal disorders, mental health issues, and so on.

How can you control the past?  You can't.  

Time spent on spiritual growth will help you with your future.  

However, no one is truly aware of everything that is happening right now because we are spending so much of our energy on the past and the future.  What a dilemma.  How can we fix this issue that causes everyone so much stress? 

I take solstice in what Osho wrote about time and space:

"The past is only a faulty recollection of what you thought happened, the future does not exist, so you only need to deal with the now".

Read this carefully, think about it and do it.  Nothing really matters right now except the now.
